Founded in 1971 by J. Arthur Woods (Retired) and William G. Clemens, lifetime residents of Woolwich Township. Art and Bill shared a mutual desire to serve their community by providing quality legal services which were affordable, respected the needs of the local culture and accommodated both urban and rural clients.
As their practice grew, they moved to the house on Memorial Avenue which continues to be the flagship location of Woods, Clemens, Fletcher & Cronin. Over the years we have continued to grow and now have satellite offices in Drayton, Arthur and Wellesley.
The firm currently consists of three Partners and two Associate Lawyers as well as a dedicated team of Law Clerks and support staff. We have gained a reputation for providing professional service in a friendly and approachable manner. Although our firm has grown throughout the years, our core values remain.
